Joce & Dave's Midtown Toronto Loft — Converted Office Space
Joce and Dave's Midtown Toronto loft occupies a boutique building converted from office space, defined by 11-foot ceilings, exposed ductwork, and a wraparound wall of windows facing east, south, and west. The couple inherited a "turn-key" home from previous owners with a great design eye, including a massive poured concrete kitchen island and matching dining table. From there, Joce and Dave layered in personal art from their travels, plants, and cozy modern decor — plus quirky finds like a traffic sign left behind by the previous owners — to make the industrial space their own.
